As we work together, we will build body awareness and mindfulness—key components for achieving lasting health and fitness results. We integrate various elements, including flexibility, mobility, bodyweight exercises, hardstyle kettlebell training as well as relaxation, and breath techniques.
Each session is designed to release stress and tension from your body while building strength.
I offer personalized, one-on-one or a small group up to 4 people mobile fitness coaching designed to fit into your busy life. Whether you prefer working out in the comfort of your home, at a local park, or on the beach, I come to you.
